I’m Kyle Pezzi - former Wall Street banker turned entrepreneur and acquisition operator. 

I lead Solutions Group Accounting, a 50+ person financial advisory firm helping business owners with tax, CFO services, and full outsourced finance departments. I also own multiple car washes, invest in real estate, and recently launched Kingtree & Warwick, an investment platform to acquire and build service businesses.

I write and share lessons on:

Earlier in my career, I worked in M&A at Bank of America, investing at Lazard Asset Management, and advising public healthcare companies.
