Hello, I'm Justine—a trailblazer in the virtual bookkeeping industry, devoted mother to three, and mentor and coach to bookkeepers and accountants growing their firms. 

I love everything entrepreneurship, ethical leadership, (almost all) technology and hosting elaborate dinner parties for the ones I love and adore.

In the early 2000s, I founded one of the first virtual bookkeeping companies in America. What started as a mom's ambition to balance financial independence with being fully present for her children (class moms raise your hands!) evolved into a thriving business, culminating in a successful exit in 2023. 

My years of working with small businesses, while simultaneously growing my own, honed my problem solving skills, my ability to dream up and implement core systems, and come to deeply understand your most important assets are your reputation and relationships.

Today, I channel my extensive experience and lessons learned as an entrepreneur into helping other women, particularly moms, who want financial independence without compromising their home and personal life. My program Bookkeepers Business Incubator teaches bookkeepers the how of running a bookkeeping firm. 

I teach others how to create well-structured, efficient bookkeeping businesses by replicating the success of my own business model. From brass tacks to templates, from workflows and process maps, and coaching on clear communication and expectations, I help my students achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
